Job Overview

ONX SG PTE LTD is a leading private natural resource extraction and trading company with an annual revenue of $100 million. The company is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in various administrative tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the Chairman, including preparation of meeting minutes, travel arrangements, and event management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of meeting minutes and agendas
  • Travel arrangement and itinerary planning
  • Event management and coordination
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Assistance with correspondence and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin for liaising with Chinese counterparts
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time for short trips within Asia
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. The working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a requirement to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a salary of S$60,000 - S$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive offer that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
