This role involves overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, and design intent is implemented.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in high-end residential projects and hotels at both design and construction stages, with experience in managing remote drafting teams.

This position requires:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore
  • Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Experience in high-end residential houses and hospitality projects
  • Contract administration and Singapore building codes and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team

You will be responsible for preparing design drawings, tender drawings, specifications, contract drawings, and working drawings for coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.

A successful candidate will also have strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, VRay/Enscape, and QP (if applicable).
