Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Account Executive to join our Live Commerce Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about e-commerce and content performance, and is eager to develop hands-on experience in live commerce strategy, operations, and data analysis.

As a Digital Account Executive, you will work closely with the team to manage live commerce campaigns from planning to post-analysis—playing a key role in tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization. You will support the Regional Team Lead in managing day-to-day live commerce campaign operations across Southeast Asia markets and coordinate closely with local market teams to gather inputs, align schedules, and ensure timely execution.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to report performance highlights, collect feedback, and assist in aligning campaign directions.
  • Preparing and maintaining organized documentation for performance summaries and campaign plans.
  • Ensuring smooth delivery of livestream sessions by supporting show planning, asset tracking, and cross-team coordination.
  • Following up with stakeholders to ensure timely sharing of assets, approvals, and feedback.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, account servicing, or campaign coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable speaking with clients and collaborating with international teams.
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams under tight timelines.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
  • Interest in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital content operations preferred.
  • Proficiency in Korean language is an advantage due to the nature of the role, which involves communication with Korean-speaking clients/partners.
