Job Summary

The Live Commerce Administrator will play a key role in managing and supporting live streaming sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and smooth execution of online sales events. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel overseas as needed to support business expansion. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing live commerce activities and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of live commerce platforms and assist the live streaming team in executing sales events smoothly.
  • Manage live streaming content and product information to ensure smooth broadcasting.
  • Follow up on order processing, inventory management, and after-sales service coordination.
  • Communicate with supply chain and related departments to ensure smooth product supply and logistics.
  • Collect and analyze live streaming data to optimize performance and sales results.
  • Participate in planning live events to increase brand exposure and customer conversion.
  • Willing and able to travel overseas as required to support live commerce and business expansion in international markets.

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce or live streaming operations is preferred.
  • Familiar with live streaming platform operations and e-commerce backend management systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to effectively facilitate cross-department collaboration.
  • Able to accept frequent business trips, especially overseas travel.
  • Able to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
  • Good Chinese & English communication skills.
