**Digital Account Executive (Live Commerce)**
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Account Executive to join our Live Commerce Team, supporting the Regional Team Lead in driving campaign performance and operational excellence across Southeast Asia markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about e-commerce and content performance, and is eager to develop hands-on experience in live commerce strategy, operations, and data analysis.
You will work closely with the team to manage live commerce campaigns from planning to post-analysis—playing a key role in tracking results and identifying opportunities for optimization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and innovative function within Cheil.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the Regional Team Lead in managing day-to-day live commerce campaign operations across Southeast Asia.
- Coordinate closely with local market teams to gather inputs, align schedules, and ensure timely execution.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to report performance highlights, collect feedback, and assist in aligningcampaign directions.
- Prepare and maintain organized documentation for performance summaries and campaign plans.
- Help ensure smooth delivery of livestream sessions by supporting show planning, asset tracking, and cross-team coordination.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely sharing of assets, approvals, and feedback.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, account servicing, or campaign coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable speaking with clients and collaborating with international teams.
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple work streams under tight timelines.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a small, fast-paced team.
- Interest in e-commerce, live commerce, or digital content operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean language is an advantage due to the nature of the role, which involves communication with Korean-speaking clients/partners.
