Operations Manager

Key responsibilities for this role include managing stock supplies, deploying ward service associates and leading quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service is provided to all customers.

Day-to-day operations are diverse and challenging, requiring a highly skilled and experienced professional. As an operations manager you will work closely with the ward supervisor and other team members to ensure that customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are maintained.
  • Deploy ward service associates in wards efficiently.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. Relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
