Key Responsibilities

As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving support tickets efficiently to achieve a 90% One-Touch Resolution Rate. This involves identifying root causes of issues and working cross-functionally with the warehouse, fulfilment, and operations teams to prevent recurrence.

You will also handle critical escalations that could impact fulfilment, brand reputation, or financials. In addition, onshore team members are required to work from the warehouse at least 2 days per week to anticipate and resolve operational issues in real time.
