Business Development Client Support Specialist

As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving support tickets efficiently to achieve a 90% One-Touch Resolution Rate. This involves identifying root causes of issues and working cross-functionally with the warehouse, fulfilment, and operations teams to prevent recurrence.
You will also handle critical escalations that could impact fulfilment, brand reputation, or financials. In addition, onshore team members are required to work from the warehouse at least 2 days per week to anticipate and resolve operational issues in real time.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an individual who is able to provide exceptional client support and has excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
