
Client Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Client Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with assigned clients, driving revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Portfolio Growth & Management:
- Grow a portfolio of direct advertisers and agencies across various verticals, fostering strong partnerships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize client campaigns with AdOps support to meet performance and ROI goals, ensuring seamless campaign execution and maximum returns.
- Identify, recommend, and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across our solutions, unlocking new revenue streams and enhancing client value.
- Client Relationship Building:
- Anticipate client needs, resolve pain points, and establish trust, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Lead regular client calls to review campaign performance, explore new opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations, ensuring clients stay informed and engaged.
- Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase results, growth potential, and strategic recommendations, solidifying our position as a trusted partner.
- Produce campaign wrap-ups and post-mortems for clients who pause or churn, providing clear next-step strategies and maintaining a strong relationship.
- Commercial Responsibilities:
- Negotiate billing confirmations and resolve disputes on a monthly basis, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues promptly.
- Actively participate in revenue forecasting and reporting, providing accurate insights and contributing to the growth of our business.
- Maintain senior relationships within client organizations, building strong connections and establishing ourselves as a valued partner.
- Collaboration & Representation:
- Work cross-functionally with global support teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Represent us at regional industry events, client visits, and networking opportunities, showcasing our expertise and building brand awareness.
- 5 years of experience in client handling with 2+ years in performance mobile marketing and programmatic space, with a strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem.
- Prior DSP or programmatic advertising experience is required, along with a solid understanding of ad tech concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; Bahasa or Mandarin fluency is a strong plus.
- A hybrid role combining office and home working, requiring candidates to be able to work in either Singapore or Manila, with a minimum of two days' office-based work per week.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel for business, with opportunities to expand your professional network and gain international experience.
