Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Client Business Development Specialist to serve as a vital bridge between our internal teams and clients. This role requires a proactive individual who can advocate for both the company and our clients, ensuring that needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and organization, prioritizing decisions based on client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary post sales point of contact for clients, managing strategic communication via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Resolve complex client challenges, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate how products and services impact the client's business objectives and provide tailored solutions to maximize their return on investment.
  • Establish strong connections with key users of products at client companies, understanding their business needs and priorities.
  • Maintain a structured approach to tracking client feedback and leveraging insights to refine services and offerings.
  • Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and successful adoption of products and services.
  • Optimize internal processes impacting client experience, driving efficiency and timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct proactive client outreach based on account health metrics to foster long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to advocate for client needs, influence product roadmaps, and ensure continuous improvement.
