We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Experience Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.
This role is responsible for preparing quotations, service agreements, and proposals for clients across various sectors. Prompt responses to customer inquiries via phone or email are essential. Coordination with operations and scheduling teams is necessary to arrange site visits and manpower allocation. Accurate records of quotations, contracts, and client feedback must be maintained. Ongoing contracts are monitored and follow-up is done on renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities. Client satisfaction is ensured through post-service follow-ups, encouraging repeat business. Administrative tasks are provided to the sales team during peak periods or events, as well as liaison with finance and admin teams for invoicing, payments, and documentation.
Requirements:- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
