We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Senior Manager and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Generate and pursue customer leads through cold calling, door knocking, and digital marketing to establish new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to execute customer quotations and orders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, with a strong background in freight forwarding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
