Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the 24-hour customer service hotline, providing assistance via CCTV surveillance and audio communication, monitoring and coordinating with internal departments, and generating management reports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the 24-hour customer service hotline administration efficiently.
  • Provide technical support via CCTV surveillance and audio communication.
  • Monitor and coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Generate accurate and timely management reports.

Requirements

  • A minimum of secondary education.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including Sundays and public holidays, with rotating off days.

Compensation and Benefits
