About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Logistics and Accounting Assistant to join our team at Bright Art Graphics Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our logistics and accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support logistics function by coordinating shipments from suppliers to customers
  • Assist in preparing documentation for shipments
  • Arrange payment to suppliers through Telegraphic Transfer or Letter of Credit/Invoice Financing
  • Support accounting function by performing data entry into accounting system for purchase and sales invoices and vouchers
Requirements
  • A-level 2, 3 or 4 in Accounting
  • City and Guilds Level 1 or 2 in Bookkeeping and Accounts
  • Thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills
  • Experience in shipping coordination and some accounts work
Work Arrangements
  • 5 days a week work
  • Office location within walking distance to Tai Seng MRT
