Job Overview

Coliwoo Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities and maintenance operations are running smoothly, and that our tenants receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations
- Manage ad-hoc project management and feasibility studies
- Develop and implement SOPs and achieve KPIs
- Supervise front office, operations, housekeepers, security, and maintenance staff
- Review processes and workflows to maximize tenant satisfaction
- Handle tenant complaints and maintain records of feedback

Requirements

- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Hospitality or Property Management industry
- Strong leadership skills and excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Result-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
