Overview


We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our tender proposal preparation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong cost estimation skills and be proficient in project quantity and cost analysis.


This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client requirements. To excel in this position, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to interpret engineering documentation accurately.


Techincal Coordination:

  • Detailed analysis of technical specifications and drawings
  • Development of accurate BOQs for HVAC equipment and other related materials
  • Evaluation of project risks and opportunities

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in ACMV and BMS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
