Executive Indian Chef

We are seeking an accomplished and skilled Indian Chef to oversee the kitchen's operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage food preparation processes and related activities.
  • Create menus featuring new or existing culinary creations, ensuring variety and quality in our servings.
  • Approve and refine dishes before they reach our customers.
  • Plan orders of equipment or ingredients based on identified shortages.
  • Arrange for repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain control over kitchen staff, including hiring, managing, and training.
  • Oversee subordinate work and estimate staff workload and compensation.
  • Ensure adherence to nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and respectful work environment among colleagues.
