Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Proven expertise in Indian cuisine, with a deep understanding of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
