The café is a dynamic 50 sqm space offering light refreshments and exclusive SAM merchandise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage both café and retail responsibilities efficiently.

  1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks.
  2. Prepare and serve light snacks using a warming kitchen setup.
  3. Maintain food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with regulations.
  4. Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and equipment as part of regular maintenance.
  5. Manage café supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients and products.
Retail & Customer Service

Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for both café sales and SAM merchandise transactions.

Maintain an organised and visually appealing retail display for merchandise.

Provide warm and engaging customer service, assisting visitors with purchases and inquiries.
