Job Title: Technical Support Expert
">Objective: To secure a technical support role where I can utilize my knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems to ensure smooth operation.
">Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Maintain and monitor email addresses for the company.
- Create login credentials and access rights for new employees and deactivate them when they leave the company.
- Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems are up-to-date.
- Provide technical support to employees across the company.
- Manage and update the IT infrastructure list for the company.
- Raise purchase requisitions for necessary equipment.
- Support overseas office users via remote connection.
- Perform other duties as assigned by IT management.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be Singaporeans.
- Degree holder or Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
- Familiarity with general operating systems, enterprise software, programming languages, and office applications.
- Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
- Knowledge of database and networking security systems.
