Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert technical support and product guidance to internal teams and external customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support and product guidance to internal teams and external customers;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, identifying and mitigating potential risks;
  • Delivering technical training and product workshops to enhance knowledge and competencies of staff and clients;
  • Partnering with Product Management to provide feedback for product development and enhancement in the regional market;
  • Supporting local Product Managers in designing and reviewing customer-specific solutions for tender submissions and large-scale projects;
  • Maintaining technical documentation and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, or technical discipline;
  • Proven experience in a technical support or technical consulting role, with strong documentation skills;
  • Good understanding of market landscape, competitor products, and industry trends;
  • Experience in the relevant industry preferred.
