About This Role

Our company is seeking a skilled Automotive Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical support to customers in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate technical assistance to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring that recalls and campaigns are carried out by retailers as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of reported technical issues and leading through to resolution via our Technical Request system.
  • Providing solutions and surpassing the expectations of retailers and customers.
  • Ensuring recalls and campaigns are carried out by all Retailers as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Automotive sector either within a technical support role or prestige vehicle dealership (5 years minimum).
  • A formal technical or engineering based qualification, Master Technician status or suitable experience may be considered in lieu.
  • Demonstrate the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
