Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive sector, with a focus on technical support and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our retailer network, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate feedback.

The role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A formal technical or engineering-based qualification is preferred, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our retailer network, troubleshooting complex technical issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive prompt and accurate feedback, resolving their concerns and queries efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive sector, preferably in a technical support role.
  • A formal technical or engineering-based qualification, such as an HNC/HND or degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with hybrid/electric vehicle systems, vehicle electrical systems, and engine management systems.
