
Technical Product Support Manager

Our client, a leading **Manufactuer in the Automotive industry **seeking for **TECHNICAL PRODUCT SUPPORT MANAGER (REGIONAL).
**Requirements**:
- **Preferably have a Technical Diploma (Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc)**:
- **At least 5 year experience providing REGIONAL TECHNICAL HELPDESK SUPPORT to Importer/Retailers within Asia Pacific.**:
- **Must have experience in the Automotive industry.**:
- Ability to analyse / diagnose defective parts or components and provide effective solutions.
- **Ability to manage and supervise HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY repairs related ie High Voltage Experts and solutions for BEV/PHEV.**:
- **Experience in managing Technical KPI’s and internal processes.**:
- Good management of active damage management i.e Body and Paint
- Able to provide market support for special tools and workshop equipment.
- Good interactive skills, with the ability to work well with aftersales or workshop personnel.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Confident with good communications skills.
- Applicants with good technical background within the Automotive industry preferred.

- 5 day work week
- Centrally located. Salary upto $9,000 + AWS + Bonuses
