Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced team leader to oversee the daily operations of our food services in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily functioning, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
  • Ensure seamless daily operations with adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Manage duties such as stocktaking, administration, and training.
  • Assist in handling cash flow and cashier responsibilities.
  • Provide food and beverage service with a pleasant and efficient manner to customers.
  • Suggest and recommend menu options to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business Studies, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Preferably, relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform in a team environment.
  • Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Customer service oriented and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
