We are seeking a skilled individual to provide support for our customers, ensuring the high performance of equipment and compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct load testing for washers using consumables.
  • Perform dryness testing for sterilizers with consumables.
  • Prepare and package load sets for testing, including pouching, wrapping, and containerizing.
  • Arrange instruments in containers for testing.
  • Generate reports according to customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot clinical applications related to user applications and consumables.
  • Optimize machine program parameters to achieve desired load for customers.
  • Perform load efficacy testing for all programs in equipment consumable trials, optimize parameters to achieve results, and compile test records in reports.
  • Perform technical validation and steam quality checks of machines.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High adaptability to unexpected scenarios.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documentation and block diagrams.
  • Experience in Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) and/or water treatment systems is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in technical support and/or application testing for CSSD equipment/systems.
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
