Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our sales colleagues, providing proactive support that enhances our client-focused approach.
- Serve as the first point of contact for addressing inquiries and requests from institutional clients, showcasing our commitment to delivering superior service.
- Manage diverse sales support tasks, including coordinating RFPs and DDQs, facilitating new client onboarding, overseeing account opening processes, and effectively managing ongoing KYC/AML requirements for existing clients.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of client events and roadshows, amplifying our brand's presence and impact.
