Description
This is a leading supply chain service provider in the oil and gas ecosystem. In line with its growth plans, there is now a newly created opportunity for a Client Service Manager.
Responsibilities
The Client Service Manager will be responsible for client order and management of the programme daily while ensuring logistics guidelines and processes are adhered to. The manager will also be charged with refining and improving service excellence both at the strategic and tactical levels. Team development, leadership, and management of the client service team will feature strongly in this position.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Supply Chain/ Business or related studies, with more than 8 years' experience in industry B2B related sectors. You will have proven experience in industrial customer service and/ or commercial expertise. You will also be described as meticulous, an excellent communicator with the ability to problem-solve independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
