Your key responsibilities:
  • Monitoring of the portfolio and keep oversight over timely, accurate and complete execution of events.
  • Instill a control mind set across the organization, ensuring that control focus is prominent.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Operations teams and its management to build an effective partnership.
  • Coordinate with Line teams to perform Control self-assessments & testing.
Your skills and experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations Risk & Control role in banking
  • Proven experience in Control, Risk review and with an exposure to control practices.
  • Proven knowledge of Corporate Bank Operations processes.
  • 2nd Line of Defense or Audit experience
  • Possess analytical skills, high attention to detail, solid organizational and interpersonal skills, and innovative mind-set
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
