Manager, HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding Excellence and Candidate Experience Management
oManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and provide hiring recommendations.
oEnsure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
oCollaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive onboarding plans for new employees.
oFacilitate engaging and informative onboarding sessions to acclimate new hires to the company culture, values, and expectations.
oMonitor the effectiveness of these programs and make adjustments to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding experience.
- HR Liaison
oAct as a bridge the various institutions' HR business partners and departments within the company, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
oPartner with department heads and the company leadership to understand their HR needs and provide customized solutions.
- Performance Management
oCoordinate and facilitate the company level performance appraisal process, working closely with department heads and team leaders. Able to provide guidance to managers and employees on performance appraisal process.
oEnsure alignment of the company performance goals with the overall organizational objectives.
oConduct performance calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness in evaluating group performance.
- Talent Development
oBuild and maintain talent pipelines to achieve and sustain organizational goals.
oDevelop strategies to identify high-potential employees, creating succession plans, and implementing retention initiatives.
oDevelop unique learning programs to attract fresh talent to join the organization.
- HR Analytics and Reporting
oCompile and analyze HR metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
oPrepare and present regular reports to the company leadership on HR-related activities.
oConduct regular analysis of the organization's staffing needs, and feedback received from employee off-boarding, in relation to its strategic objectives. Implement processes to enhance HR operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employee Well-Being
oImplement and support programs / activities that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
oCollaborate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to create a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a HR Generalist (3-5 years) or in a similar HR role with excellent knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills to successfully interact with internal and external contacts.
- A strategic mindset to align talent acquisition and development strategies with the organization's goals and future needs.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a positive can-do attitude
- Ability to leverage HR analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-informed decisions.
- Sensitive to diversity and inclusion, understanding the importance of a diverse workforce, and promoting an inclusive workplace.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment trends, market dynamics, and evolving organizational needs.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Outstanding customer service orientation and qualities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
