What you will be working on
As a policy officer, you will spend your time:
Analysing employment data and trends
Researching labour market developments
Conducting industry engagements to gather feedback and help support companies' manpower needs
Developing manpower policies with a data-driven approach
Collaborating within and across public agencies to formulate policy and enable seamless execution of manpower initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Keen interest in public policy formulation and implementation
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Experience in data analytics and visualisation tools
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- 2 - 3 years work experience in public policy or data analytics.
