Desktop Support Engineer L2

The candidate must be proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Work Experience
. 3 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
. Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
. Basic understanding of infrastructure and network concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
. Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware.
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Strong communication and customer service skills.
. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, if required.
Education Requirement
. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), ITIL Foundation Certification, or basic networking certifications (e.g., CCNA) are a plus.
Working Hours:
Tues to Thurs (Pioneer - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Mon & Fri (Macpherson - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
