Senior Sales And Marketing Manager

Singapore Tekka Goldsmith & Jewellery Pte. Ltd. Full time

You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

. Lead the Sales team in achievement of company's key performance indicators that include but not limited to company's revenue contribution, profitability, client satisfaction, team members' satisfaction and loyalty contribution.

. Set individual sales targets for team and monitor for progress.

. Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.

. Lead team towards achievement of business objectives.

. Review and analyse business pace and market trends. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

. Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market.

. Monthly production review and support appropriate sales activation plans.

. Monthly forecasting and results updates for commercial / business focused meetings. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

. Lead and participate in sales and marketing activities including sales calls, new accounts, and conversions.

. Support and participate in all client engagement plans.

. Review, recommend and implement local sales efforts to support business needs.

. Review accounts business production and implement appropriate plans to enhance share of wallet.

. Support in budget preparation and competition review.

Requirements

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

. Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar capacity

. Strong business sense and industry expertise

. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

. Knowledge of the Jewellery management systems

. Relevant degree in a business discipline

. Willing to work weekends & Public holidays.
