  • Handle full spectrum order fulfilment.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain close interactions with internal and external customers to ensure to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Uncover customer's need & propose appropriate solutions to resolve customer's issue.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification & Education Requirements

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Professional Certification would be desirable
  • Preferably with relevant experience
