Customer Relations Executive

TaF.tc is looking for a detailed and structured Customer Relations Executive who is interested in analysing data, great with customers and familiar with digital technologies. Your role is key in ensuring that payments for products and services are duly collected and recorded in our central database system to ensure full delivery of our services.
Here's What You'll Do Day to Day
- Attend to customer enquiries on how to assess and apply Skillsfuture Credit payments, Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA) as well as credit card payments for TaF.tc products and services.
- Assist to meet customers on every first day of class to assist them on making claims on Skillsfuture credit and PSEA
- Working with the accounts team to ensure that all collected payments are dutifully recorded.

- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Familiar with technology systems and practices
- High level of responsibility and ability to work within tight timelines
Here's What Is Minimally Required
- Higher Nitec or equivalent and above
- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
- Able to work on the weekends or on Public Holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Chinese/Mandarin will be an added advantage
