By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE and KOLON SPORT, and by setting up an investor consortium to successfully acquire Amer Sports in 2019, a global sportswear group that has internationally recognized brands including Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, Atomic, etc. ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion Wilson brand, product, and business development with key accounts and marketplace partners across Southeast Asia (SEA).
  • Closely liaise with Wilson's global HQ, China HQ and local SEA country teams for assortment, pricings, inventory, channel segmentation strategy, etc.
  • Develop & lead strategy for E-tail, dot.com and marketplace short and long-term business growth.
  • Accountable for monthly sell-in and sell-out targets for E-tail accounts.
  • Accountable for monthly dot.com and marketplace targets.
  • Drive rollout of future new dot.com and marketplace across SEA.
  • Manage brand digital storefronts across all platforms.
  • Ensure the dot.com and marketplace branding and visuals are aligned with global brand priorities and direction.
  • Serve as collaborator and partner with cross functional teams including eCommerce, merchandising, finance, operations and global stakeholders.
  • Serve as market expert, with strong understanding of competitor, customer, and platform insights.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in digital, business, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience of managing E-tail, dot.com or marketplace accounts.
  • Prior experience in handling sports equipment brands.
  • Experience of working on marketplace platforms (ie Shopee, Lazada) preferred.
  • Self-starter, growth mindset, and ability to work autonomously and lead and champion E-tail accounts and marketplaces.
  • Good skills in excel.
  • Strong communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for liaison with counterparts in China headquarter and SEA countries.
