Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and hiring process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and organizing hiring paperwork. Provide logistical support during recruitment events and open houses.
  • Operational Assistance: Support the daily operations of the school, including facility management, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with vendors for services and supplies.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, preparing reports, managing schedules, and maintaining meticulous records related to staff and operations.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between departments, external partners, and within the recruitment team to ensure clear communication and coordination.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing school events, including orientation and training sessions for new hires.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all recruitment and operational activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Special Projects: Provide support on special projects related to school improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or HR role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
