Job Description

  • This position is forOffice of Undergraduate Admissions and Financial Assistance (OAFA).
  • Marketing and outreach: Contribute to the Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance's undergraduate marketing & outreach efforts, including social media, marketing collaterals and signature events.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Analyse admissions data to support SMU's overall admissions strategies and contribute to analytics reports and strategic papers.
  • Customer service: Grow strong relationships with key partner schools in Singapore and overseas.
  • Admissions operations: Support the Admissions team's selection and admissions processes during the applications season.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, with familiarity in regression analyses, advanced Microsoft Excel functions and statistical software as well as analytics reports
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and a strong understanding of local and international marketing trends across social media platforms and with Gen-Z target audiences
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task across different projects
  • Demonstrates a potential for customer service orientation and ability to respond to different types of personalities
  • Strong interest in the higher education industry, as well as in engaging with pre-university students and parents
  • Global orientation, with a willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
