  • Work closely with vendors and various departments to ensure timely and smooth transition of human resource data migration and implementation of new human resource system.
  • Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal programmes and regular consultation with department heads.
  • Processing of foreign worker work pass related matters
  • Resolving employee grievances, disciplining and counseling employees and supervisors
  • Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims
  • Process resignation, computation of leave balance and preparation of acceptance of letters to exit clearance
  • Process dental and medical insurance claims liaise with insurance company on claim issues
  • Attend to Governmental Agencies survey, e.g. MOM HR survey, BCA, etc
