Requirements:

Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, and supporting specific dealers' business to meet established targets regarding:

  • Annual business plans
  • Long-term distribution and market development goals.

Goal Achievement for Dealer Business Plans and Market Coverage Improvement:

  • Collaborate in formulating yearly business plans with supervisors.
  • Provide regular reports on dealer activities and market conditions.
  • Oversee monthly orders and sales to fulfill monthly business plans.
  • Monitor the completion of allocated dealer business plans, including monthly orders, dealer co-op, sales action plans, and stock reports.
  • Provide sales support to allocated dealers, including product information, quotations, securing special production spots, and customer visits.
  • Obtain special pricing approvals from supervisors.
  • Ensure dealers maximize sales campaigns.
  • Maintain dealer organization charts and MLAP records.
  • Enhance dealer representation of the brand in terms of coverage, promotion, and investment.
  • Plan and conduct visits to dealers/customers to foster dealer development and address operational issues.
  • Conduct product refreshment training.
  • Propose and implement actions for further market development in the assigned region.

Market Performance Development:

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs in the region, providing bi-yearly summary reports.
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc feedback on competitors' products and trends to Product Marketing for future product development, also summarized bi-yearly.
  • Analyze competitors' sales activities and strategies, proposing yearly strategic actions, with summaries provided bi-yearly.

Strengthening Distribution Resilience and Optimizing Profitability:

  • Analyze dealers' business models and implement action plans to enhance distribution resilience.
  • Analyze dealers' purchase mix and profit contribution to MLAP, taking action to optimize purchase mix and profit contribution.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage accounts receivable collections and follow-up.
  • Special Projects/Process Enhancement:
  • Undertake other assigned duties as required.
