Overview

The candidate is accountable for the operations and information security at the Secured Network facility. The candidate will need to comply with and enforce security processes, to ensure that the customers who are using the secured network facility adhere to the rules and regulations at all times. In addition, the candidate will need to use company's systems to administer the operations of the secured network facility and work with stakeholders..

Responsibilities

  • Attend to operational needs of customers or customer-appointed vendors.
  • Perform basic administration on the facility booking system.
  • Perform information security validation of customers entering the facility.
  • Perform onboarding of new customers (eg. briefing, issuance of equipment).
  • Coordinate with Stakeholders whenever required.
  • Participate in pre- and post- power maintenance whenever there is a planned outage for the building (likely once annually). The power maintenance is typically over weekend.
  • Comply with Company's Policies and Procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • 'O' Level and above.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to rotate between 2 type of work hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (morning), and 1pm to 10pm (afternoon).
  • 5 days work week.
  • While primarily stationed at 1 location, able to rotate between sites occasionally for operational familiarity.
  • Proficient in software applications such as Windows and MS Office for administrative tasks, reporting and documentation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact and manage Customers.
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition, self-motivated and service-oriented.
  • Professional demeanour Able to maintain professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Attention to details, excellent team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Basic PC hardware and Printer troubleshooting is preferable
  • Experience in Security duties, administrative tasks, Customer Service (customer facing) is an advantage.
