Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Management.
  • Ensure efficient operations and management of the facilities within the property.
  • Provide concierge service as well as attend to residents’ needs or enquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Escalate service-related enquiries / feedback to the Management.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities and works of vendors and contractors and provide the Management with reports on vendor's and contractors’ performance, quality and value of works when required.
  • Communicate house rules and health & safety requirements to visitors and contractors.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the facility and property and identify problematic facilities and report to the Management.
  • Identify hazards and assess risk within the assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Manage the administration, usage of computerised systems / softwares as well as deployed systems.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and replacement of equipment.
  • Any other duties as assigned within the scope of the job to meet the needs and requirements of the property and/or the Mangement.

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented with polite and professional demeanour.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing).
  • Able to perform 6-day work week including weekends and Public Holidays.
