Assistant Recruitment Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
. Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
. Coordinate recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and networking events
. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as necessary
. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about the company and job opportunities
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics
. Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key performance indicators and inform decision-making
. Assist in analyzing recruitment trends and identifying areas for improvement
. Provide support to the recruitment team in various tasks and projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
. Entry candidates are welcome, training will be provided
