Job Description:


  • Work closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on their staffing & hiring solutions
  • Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Manage candidates' expectations and clients' requirements and place the right talent for the job
  • Develop talent pipelines and networking
  • Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process
  • Conduct business development outreach to clients
