Job Description:

- Printing, scanning, and preparing simple documents and documentation

. Booking and applying for training courses for staff

. Booking of air ticket, hotel and car booking

. Monitor and maintain office supplies/equipment

. Liaise with suppliers/contractors for office equipment repair and maintenance when required

. Stock up & clean office mini-pantry area/fridge/coffee machine periodically

. Prepare and assist with office events

. Any other administrative duties which may be assigned

Requirements:

. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

. Meticulous, On-task and willing to learn

Others:

. 5 Days work week

. Remuneration dependent on work experience and qualifications
