THE ROLE
This individual is responsible for assigned administrative and human capital duties. To assist the Director of Human Capital in the many diverse aspects of administration and human capital functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The incumbent arranges for letter mailing and courier services.
- The incumbent attends to general and administrative emails and circulate to relevant departments.
- The incumbent will maintain and circulate the event forecasts.
- Monitor the maximum limit of the employees’ outpatient medical expenses and inform the HODs to advise the employee to download the MHC mobile application.
- Ensure office supplies such as stationeries, sanitary and pantry items are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
- Supervise cleaner and security guard.
- Assist in the maintenance schedules/replacement of office equipment and automobiles.
- Liaise with administrative service providers.
- Attend to visitors and serve drinks.
- Recruit workers through advertisements and apply work passes.
- Administer seminar and training registration and records.
- Prepare punch cards, overtime forms and leave record for payroll processing.
- Administer the E leave system.
- Participate in WSH and Annual Dinner and Dance Committee.
- Issue staff ID cards and temporary cards.
- Answer in-coming calls in the administration office.
- Monitor renewal contracts and memberships.
- This position reports directly to Director of Human Capital
REQUIREMENTS
- Cert/Diploma in Human Resource/Administration.
- Diplomatic in handling human resource matters and meticulous in paper works
