Purpose of Job
- To focus on supporting the Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP) administrative matters
- To proactively support different programmes under the department
- To work independently to obtain approval from Head of Department.
- Work might involve supporting training/dialogue sessions during after office hours.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
(I) Yellow Ribbon Community Project (YRCP)
Administration
- Prepare and track returns for case referrals
- Collate statistics for data mining
- Update and organize databases
- Generate scheduled/requested reports to assist team leaders and management
- Other administrative duties
(II) Other Duties
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
