The Role:
A market leader in the industry is seeking a HRIS Manager to join their fast-growing organisation. You will be tasked to lead the implementation of HR transformation initiatives as well as partner with stakeholders to implement a HR technology roadmap for business needs.
Requirements:
- Over 8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Solid experience on HRIS and HR Platform Project Management and Implementation.
- Good understanding of HR processes, policies and analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management coupled with competency in HR processes, policies and practices.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other business-related fields.
