Job Descriptions
- Responsible for managing and administration of all Singapore office payroll services and to ensure its accuracy and compliance in payroll activities.
- Responsible for timely tax filing (including but not limited to IR21 and IR8A), CPF submission, all government claims and statutory pay requirements.
- Validate all payroll supporting data and documents to be accurate and truthful and ensure all payments and deductions are correctly updated into the payroll system.
- Ensure timely data update in payroll systems with accuracy.
- Manage payroll related queries from employees.
- Provide all payroll related reports to supporting OM.
- Ensure employee benefits including claims and reimbursements as per rules and regulations.
- Support annual and ad-hoc internal/external payroll audit.
- Maintain employee records within the system and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 'N' level with at least 2 years of payroll experience
- Committed & meticulous.
- Working knowledge with EasyPay is an advantage
- Familiar with Employment Act
- Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Positive and can-do attitude and able to work minimal supervision
- Able to work independently
