Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and revise both long- and short-term sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets by forecasting expected sales volume and developing sales quotas for territories and the entire region.
  • Introduce new programs, sales initiatives, and tactics to capture significant market segments.
  • Devise action plans for field sales to facilitate the execution of regional sales programs.
  • Propose service and product enhancements to boost sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.
  • Stay updated on technical and professional knowledge by reviewing relevant publications, participating in professional associations, and establishing personal connections.
  • Effectively communicate with operational departments to ensure timely completion of work orders or scheduled deliveries.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in protective engineering, mechanics, or HVAC.
  • Experience with civil or military shelter projects in Singapore is essential. Additional experience in the OGP, chemical, or HVAC industries would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to oversee and support projects or participate in trade shows.
  • Ability to work overtime when targets or deadlines require.
  • Goal-oriented and well-organized, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
