Singapore Authentic Hr Pte. Ltd. Full time

Work Location: China Town Area

Work Week: 6 days

Work Hours: 10:30 am to 8:30 pm

One Rest Day per week, 1-hour lunch break + 0.5-hour tea break daily

Gross Salary: S$2,200 + Commission + Variable Bonus

We represent our client, a TCM clinic, in identifying the right talents, to support its business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule appointments with customers and arrange jobs with therapists.
  2. Prepare herbs/medicine per prescription.
  3. Input customers' profiles and information into the computer and generate customer invoices.
  4. Collect payments from customers via the POS system.
  5. Work closely with the managers and therapists to provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  1. O-level or Diploma in any field with one to two years of working experience.
  2. You must be proficient in English and Chinese, as you must understand the situations of customers from other countries including China and communicate their requests to the therapist.
  3. Good computer skills and knowledge of using POS Systems.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively and respect different cultures.
  5. Be a team player, self-motivated, and proactive with an outgoing personality.
  6. Ability to take accountability.
